I loved making these cookies from the Perseus book European Cookies for Every Occasion. Even though the occasion was just a staff meeting, the cookies turned out beautifully! I can’t wait to try out some more of these recipes for the holidays . . . or maybe just because! (The Marzipan Rolls are calling my name)

And because it’s melamine, I wasn’t nervous taking it out and about!
